Cycle & Cycle 45
Group cycling is taught to motivating music and simulates an outdoor, all-terrain workout. Ride in a non-competitive setting, training aerobically and an-aerobically. Indoor cycling is a proven method of improving cardio fitness and assisting in weight loss. Please bring water and a towel.
Group Cycling followed by awesome cycling-specific yoga poses and mat stretching in the yoga studio.
Same format as Cycle/Yoga, except Pilates will be offered. Pilates emphasizes balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness, in order to encourage efficient movement of the body.
