Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LESMILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness.

LesMills GRIT

(30 min.) This class features one of three high-intensity-interval-training classes to give you ultimate results in minimum time. (Strength, Athletic or Cardio) GRIT is not recommended for expecting mothers, the injured or those with joint issues.

LesMills Tone

(30 or 45 min.) A challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. A complete workout!


(30/45/60 min.) challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercise like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!


(60 mins.) A non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay-Thai and Tai Chi. Each class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating and stress-busting exercise experience which delivers ultra-fast results.


30 min.) A core workout which provides the ingredients for a stronger body!


(60 min.) A holistic group exercise set to uplifting music, combining the traditional Eastern disciplines of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates with new, dynamic techniques. In one class you’ll experience flexibility, balance work and core strength, linked with smooth transitions and moments of calm, action, and relaxation.
