(70 or 90 min.) This class is a yoga practice developed by B.K.S. Iyengar. The emphasis is on detail, precision and alignment. You will use props such as blocks, blankets, straps and chairs to achieve balance and strength in the body.
(60 min.) All levels. Learn how to develop more comfort and freedom in hips, shoulders and chest.
(45 min.) All levels. Easy yoga in a chair! You will notice increased range of motion in back, shoulders and hips.
(45 min.) A barre class combining traditional muscle sculpting barre exercise with functional intervals and some plyometrics. Modifications will be offered for advanced moves.
The goals of a Mat Pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance and body-mind awareness all while performing pilates exercises on the floor using a yoga mat.
This class is a combination between Classic Ballet Barre and Piloxing. With this hybrid fitness fusion you will benefit from ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
